Traverse the trails across the 12 acres of Chaetura Canyon Wildlife Preserve in this 2 hour workshop to explore the science behind why our nervous system is so intricately tied to nature and how it helps with emotional balance and flexible thinking. This will be a hike at a leisurely pace with pauses for discussion and exploration, and to take in the sights and sounds of the canyon.

Please note that the trails will be narrow in some areas, and there will be 100ft in elevation change.
